Trust Registration
Form a public, private, or religious trust for non-profit/charitable purposes, securing full legal compliance and tax advantages.
Overview of Trust Incorporation
A Trust is one of the oldest and most reliable legal structures for running non-profit organizations, charitable institutions, schools, or protecting family estates. In India, public trusts are created for the benefit of the general public, while private trusts are structured for the management of assets for specified beneficiaries. Our team coordinates the entire process, including name checking, drafting rules, registering the deed with the sub-registrar, and securing tax-exempt statuses.
Why Register a Trust?
- Charitable Operations: Operate NGOs, educational institutions, community centres, or medical relief clinics legally.
- Tax Exemptions: Eligible to file for Section 12A (tax-free income) and Section 80G (tax deduction benefits for donors).
- Structured Governance: Protect and distribute properties or funds strictly under the instructions of a settled deed.
