LLP Registration
Combine the safety of limited liability with the administrative simplicity of a partnership. Best suited for service providers and boot-strapped firms.
Overview of LLP Structure
A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) combines the operational flexibility of a partnership firm with the legal protection of a limited liability company. It is highly recommended for professional consultants, small-scale startups, and service providers who want to manage a business together without complex compliance and mandatory annual audits (up to specific turnover limits).
Why Register an LLP?
- Limited Personal Liability: Partners are not personally liable for company debts or other partners' negligence.
- No Minimum Capital: Start with any amount of capital contribution. No statutory minimum.
- Lower Compliance Costs: Up to a turnover of 40 Lakhs or capital contribution of 25 Lakhs, no audit is required.
