Eligibility Criteria for Startup India Recognition

  • Entity Type: Incorporated as a Private Limited Company, Registered Partnership Firm, or Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).
  • Age of Entity: Not exceeding 10 years from its date of incorporation or registration.
  • Annual Turnover: Turnover of the entity for any of the financial years since incorporation has not exceeded ₹100 Crores.
  • Innovative Scope: The entity must be working towards innovation, development, deployment, or commercialization of new products, processes, or services driven by technology or intellectual property.
  • Original Entity: The business must not have been formed by splitting up or reconstructing an already existing business.
